Can I bring alcohol back from Cabo San Lucas to Dallas, Texas on an international flight? If so how much?

Yes you can. However they do have restricions on how much. Off hand I dont know for sure, but its quite a bit. Your airline could tell you for sure.

Texas residents, 21 years or older, may bring back one liter of alcohol, one liter of beer and one liter of wine once every 30 days. Residents of other states, 21 years or older, may bring back up to four liters of alcohol and one case of beer once every 30 days. Anything over these amounts is subject to customs duty and internal revenue tax. that's what the above link says! As you are coming in to Dallas--one liter it is!
